Antique hand-made and hand-painted signed statuette, depicting a beautiful Spanish woman. Beautiful vintage porcelain figurine of Spanish Lady/Senorita from Valencia (Spain) in costume with a basket of flowers.
Mark: A. PEYRO.
The sculpture is signed ‘A. Peyro’ on the base and is also incised mark/signature underneath ‘A. Peyro’.
His work is rarely found outside of Spanish museums and when offered at auction, it is usually at high-end art auction houses in Spain.
Size approx.: Measures 34 cm tall by 16 cm width.
Weight: 2003 g.
Condition is very good with no chips or damages. There is one small production crack on the waist (see the last photo). There is no paint wear and age-related crazing noted.
